    • EB-3: Foreign Nationals with Bachelor’s degrees from the United States or a foreign equivalent and a U.S. employer willing to sponsor the PERM Labor Certification Process

    • EB-5: Investor visas
    • Schedule A: Nurses and physical therapists filling critical employment positions in the U.S. are exempt from the PERM Labor Certification Process

    A $100 consultation fee is due at the initial meeting. This fee will be applied toward any subsequent immigration work we undertake on your behalf. We accept the following methods of payment:
